Our solutions help you prevent contamination, recalls, fines and downtime without sacrificing equipment performance.

Clarion® Lubricants offers a wide array of food grade and synthetic lubricants. Not sure which are right for your operation? We have experts who can help.

Our line of Food Grade products includes white mineral oils, hydraulic fluids, greases and specialty lubricants.

This line is widely used in a variety of food processing operations as well as the manufacturing of drugs and cosmetics. These lubricants meet the most stringent standards of purity and performance and can be categorized into two groups:

Our non-formulated line is used for applications where the purity of the oil is paramount due to the possibility of direct contact with food for human consumption.

The formulated line is used for processing and packaging machinery where the possibility of incidental contact with food product exists.

Clarion Synthetic products maintain a rigorous safety profile, thus addressing some of the most technically demanding applications in food processing and production, energy production, industrial refrigeration and a growing list of other uses.

Synthetic lubricants can be ideal for use in extreme operating conditions
such as high or low temperatures, or where extended service life or energy savings is desired.

Clarion Synthetic products include compressor oils, lubricants for mechanical
sealing operations, gear fluids and refrigeration fluid.

Products in the Clarion Lubricant line meet these and other critical requirements:

NSF International 3H Standard addresses requirements for products used in applications with direct food contact such as a release agent on grills, ovens, loaf pans, boning benches, chopping boards or other hard surfaces in contact with meat and poultry products to prevent food from adhering during processing.

NSF International H1 Standard addresses requirements for products having the potential for incidental human contact.

All Clarion Synthetic products are NSF H1 registered, and have also earned other credentials relevant to the industry.

NSF/ANSI Standard 60 applies to lubricants used in drinking water well applications and NSF/ANSI Standard 61 applies to all devices, components and materials used by drinking water systems and includes thread lubricating compounds and lubricants used in mechanical devices.
